Leadership Academy Launches
On June 2nd 2022 we launched the ICF Leadership Academy! A new initiative and investment for our staff. This program was created to provide leadership tools, training, and support so that leaders can support their peers, and build up other leaders. We launched with a group of 42 leaders within our organization from every department who gather weekly to learn new leadership skills. We believe this will position ICF Cambodia as an organization that continually develops great leaders and sets a leadership standard in Cambodia.
“Throughout the courses, I always had a time of reflection. What are the gaps that keep me from being a good leader? What areas do I need to improve? I see that I can learn a lot from our other leaders who join and share their experiences. The most important thing is that I really love to be on this journey of being a good leader who can have an impact on this organization.”
